Our Children and Families Ministry Program provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child knows how much God loves them. All families are encouraged and supported in their own faith journey.

Sunday morning program during worship
preK
We will meet in room 102 and children will be dropped off and picked up by parents/guardians.
k and 1st grade
After ten minutes of worship with families, children will walk out of worship with Nicole and be dropped off in room 103 and picked up by parents/guardians.
elementary (2nd grade through 5th grade)
After ten minutes of worship with families, children will walk out of worship with Nicole to go to room 204 for Creation Station and be picked up by parents/guardians.
milestones
family activities and blessing
At these annual activities, children learn about their faith and take on new responsibilities including leading the Lord’s Prayer and serving communion. Milestone families are blessed during worship and children are celebrated for taking a new step. See Children's Ministry Schedule at page bottom for a list of milestone dates.

nursery & childcare
Sunday morning and weeknight
nursery care - 6 weeks through 2 years
Nursery care provided by a certified caregiver on Sunday mornings from 8:45 to 11:40 am. After signing in your child, you will receive a pager.

With a focus on the needs of busy families, during various weeknight meetings and groups, the church provides childcare so parents can fully participate.
summer kids' programs
Grasshopper in The Grove - any age
This neighborhood story time is terrific for all ages. No registration is necessary, and there is no fee. Meet us in The Grove for stories, crafts, and playground fun.
Vacation Bible School - age 3-completed grade 4
Children will experience art, story, worship, games, and crafts. VBS is held the first week of August.
Preschool Summer Camps - Age 4 or 5 by September 1
Woodbury Preschool at The Grove offers camps each year for students who have preschool experience. Snacks are included.
